3 weeks to go …

Just a quick one to see how the long summer holidays are going for you? I have personally felt a lot of overwhelm, juggling work, endless roundtrips to the snack cupboard and guilt at not being able to give the kids lots of fun days out. The truth is, they are usually just happy to chill out at home. On the weekend, we went to the local river to paddle about and my son said it was his best day ever!

I know a lot of parents have anxiety about the back-to-school process. Ensuring they have all the kit they need, dreading the routine or managing neurodivergent kids who might be building up a lot of anxiety.

If you want to start the next school term more prepared, join my Parenting community where I will be sharing lots of practical tips to help you start the school year strong. As a bonus, if you join by the 20th August, you will receive the “Get School Ready” guide that I wrote along with Rebecca Briggs, a parent coach that specialises in supporting neurodiverse families and has over 34 years teaching experience.

My newsletter subscribers get 50% off with the Playroom Parenting “Champion” Pass.
