March is me! Bringing 15 years of neuroscience to teach you how to keep your brains and bodies healthy to live longer for your kids. Your 30s and 40s are the most critical time for ensuring your long-term health of your brain. I will also show you what to look out for in ageing parents. Many of us are managing young kids and ageing parents at the same time.

April brings us CEO of Chief Mama Officer, and coach to CEOs and executive moms. She is going to teach us how to communicate effectively- with our partners, teachers, doctors and of course our kids! She will give us the skills to be confident in advocating for our children.

Later in the year we have a ADHD and neurodivergence coach who specialises in difficult behaviour in kids, including rage.
